I engaged TRS about a year and a half ago. Their initial feedback was that re-assessment request was denied. They then went to court for me. I just received a refund check from TRS for half of the first year tax reduction. About $1,400. And I will save over $2,800 per year going forward. I did call twice to check on the progress. They are very responsive and helpful. TRS did all the work. I am happy with the results. Thank you TRS.

This is the type of process that makes people nervous to sign up for, understandably. TRS did a great job, got my taxes lowered by about 10% resulting in refund from my escrow account and a refund from overpayment based on the lowered rate - great! Thanks!

This must have been the smartest move we've ever made. TRS worked diligently to get our taxes reduced in the North Fork of Long Island. Process was as simple as it can be. You pay nothing unless they get your taxes reduced. Once they do, you pay a one-time fee and enjoy receiving your new tax reduction for years to come. You can't get a better deal.

I had little confidence that my taxes could be reduced but TRS got my home taxes reduced by 8.5% on over $15,000 in taxes. As a commercial real estate broker I know how important it is to annually grieve your taxes. I have seen taxes be double what they should be because owners did not grieve. If your taxes are raised 5% per year they will be 63% higher after 10 years thanks to compounding. It costs nothing to file and you only pay a percentage of the savings if TRS succeeds in a reduction. You have nothing to lose and it takes only a minute to fill out their form . Just do it!
