Our 1-page contract is short, clear and easy to understand. Some companies use long, complicated and misleading contracts that allow them to charge up to 75% of your first year’s savings, to take a portion of your exemption savings and to demand exorbitant cancellation fees. Some require upfront filing and appraisal fees, and their appraisal fees may be high. Some may even charge a flat fee upfront, with no consideration of eligibility or likelihood of success. Also, we respect your right to privacy: TRS will not give, share or sell any personal information, and we put that in writing in our contract with you.
At TRS, no reduction = no fee.
